چکیده
Sensitivity analysis is applied to a regularised non-local ductile damage model. A variational approach utilised derive the analytical gradients of different objectives with respect either geometrical material parameters. Due definition model, enhanced algorithmic treatments are necessary capture its history dependent nature within sensitivity computation. The gradient information parameters used tolerant geometries in shape optimisation using Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP). sensitivities analyse response and impact certain model during loading unloading specimen.

On Noncommutative Geometric Regularisation
Studies in string theory and in quantum gravity suggest the existence of a finite lower bound to the possible resolution of lengths which, quantum theoretically, takes the form of a minimal uncertainty in positions ∆x0. A finite minimal uncertainty in momenta ∆p0 has been motivated from the absence of plane waves on generic curved spaces. Both effects can be described as small noncommutative ge...
متن کاملAn Analysis of Large-strain Damage Elastoplasticity
Abstract-The elastoplastic constitutive analysis which utilizes the model of multiplicative decomposition of the defo~ation gradient into its elastic and plastic parts has been mainly developed and applied to elastically isotropic materials, which remain isotropic during the process of plastic deformation. This paper extends the application of the model to materials that change their elastic pr...

To Ivar Stakgold on the occasion of his 70th birthday. Abstract A natural nonlocal analog of the inhomogeneous nonlinear diiusion equation u t = r A(x)ru ? f(u; x) is the equation u t = R J(x; y ? x))u(y) ? u(x)]dy ? f(u; x), where J > 0. Under natural conditions on J and f, we establish here the existence of a spatially nonuniform stationary solution on the real line, satisfying given boundary...
متن کاملNonlocal Piezomagnetoelasticity Theory for Buckling Analysis of Piezoelectric/Magnetostrictive Nanobeams Including Surface Effects
This paper presents the surface piezomagnetoelasticity theory for size-dependent buckling analysis of an embedded piezoelectric/magnetostrictive nanobeam (PMNB). It is assumed that the subjected forces from the surrounding medium contain both normal and shear components. Therefore, the surrounded elastic foundation is modeled by Pasternak foundation. The nonlocal piezomagnetoelasticity theory i...
متن کاملTransient Adjoint Sensitivities for Discontinuities with Gaussian Material Distributions
We present a novel approach for adjoint transient sensitivity analysis with respect to discontinuities with spacedependent materials exhibiting known distribution. Our approach integrates the Time Domain Transmission-Line-Modeling (TD-TLM) with the Adjoint Variable Method (AVM). Using only one extra TDTLM simulation, the sensitivities of the observed response with respect to all the parameters ...
